This permit application must be completed by food vendors who wish to operate at an event held on Town property where food will be handled, prepared, and sold or distributed.
All approvals are conditional and will be subject to a satisfactory fire and hazard inspection by Ingersoll Fire Services on the day of the event. Failure to pass the fire and hazard inspection will result in the permit being revoked.
Payment of the $25.00 application fee is required prior to issuing the permit. The application fee is payable by cash, cheque, or debit.
Payment may be made in person at Ingersoll Town Hall located at 130 Oxford St. 2nd Floor, Ingersoll ON. Payment via cash or cheque may be mailed to Town Hall or deposited in the secure drop box located at 130 Oxford St.
